100% Cider Apple concentrate from Central Otago Cider Apples. This refreshing crisp apple cider is pure, fresh and smashable - a bit like Central Otago where these special cider apples are grown. It is delicious as it is, or you can add fruit or Brick Road Fruit Flavour sachets to create your favourite fruit cider. Just add 1kg of dextrose, and 5-10g sachet of quality cider yeast. Ferment for 6-14 days depending on temperature and yeast. Makes 23L of dry apple cider at approx. 4% ABV with 1kg of dextrose. For a medium cider, add 200g of lactose. for a sweet cider, add 500g of lactose. For more recipe options, see label.
